Production Times 

Please allow 3 days from order to dispatch - this may be extended during busy periods.

Framed print orders will take approx 3 days to create and dispatch.

All PRINT ONLY orders sent are sent via First Class and will usually arrive at your door within 1- 4 days of shipping. 

If express delivery is required for PRINT ONLY sales please email order@roryandthebean.co.uk after placing your order. Please note, next day delivery is available before 11am  Monday - Thursday, only after confirming with us in the studio via email. 

UK orders are currently FREE to ship. 

International Orders

We deliver items internationally. We do NOT ship frames internationally. 

International orders can take up to 20 days to arrive, depending on your method of delivery.

Debit/Credit Cards

We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. All card payments are secured by SSL, which encrypts all your data to ensure secure transactions.

On successful completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email.


You can also pay for your order through PayPal. In this instance, you will be automatically taken to PayPal’s express checkout page.

If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in to make payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can either pay as a guest or create a PayPal account.

On completion of the transaction, you will receive two  confirmation emails, one from our site and one from paypal itself confirming the transaction. 

PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.


In order to keep a track on incoming mail it is really important that any returns are discussed with us prior to sending your items. After discussing your return options with us please ensure that returns are received within 14 days.

We advise that you send any registered returns with a tracked mail service such as Royal Mail First Class Signed for. 

To be eligible for a return your prints must be unused and returned within their original packaging. (This includes the cellophane bag, all board envelope and cardboard stiffener)  Your items must return to us in a saleable condition. 

All refunds will be processed within 5 working days. 

Due to their nature personalised Items are not eligible for return, please check all details before ordering.

Framed Print Delivery

Our framed prints are made to order by a professional team; therefore, the lead time is usually around 7 working days. Please note, this lead time will be longer during busy times.

We offer 3 colour types of frame in White, Black and Natural Oak, all come with the size choice of either A4 or A3. We do not currently provide a mounting service.     

Our white and black frames real wood, (not MDF) with a flat shaped moulding, and have a premium quality paint finish. The Natural Oak selection has a beautiful barefaced finish, again with a flat shaped moulding and is made from real Oak.
    We use a premium acrylic glazing (2mm) synthetic glass as an alternative to traditional glass for all our framed prints. This material is scratch resistant and offers excellent UV protection, ensuring the print does not discolour from sun exposure. It is also a strong durable material which allows for stress free delivery.
      All frames arrive in a protective sleeve, professionally framed, taped to ensure extra stability and strung with strong durable cord. Your framed print will arrive ready to hang on the wall. No assembly is required.


      Frame Delivery + Dispatch

      All framed prints are sent via a next day courier service. We’ll give you a heads up once it’s on its way and if a tracking number is provided we will update tracking information via your order status page (you can find your order status page by click on the “view your order” tab within your order confirmation email)

      Framed orders are packaged well to avoid any damage during delivery. Purchasing frames over the internet can be nerve racking but be assured the packaging used to protect our frames is second to none. If you do experience an issue with your frame delivery, it’s really important to contact us as soon as possible to enable us to rectify the issue.
